This hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city. We could easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The staff was attentive and provided great service. I loved that our room had a small balcony, it was a nice touch. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

We stayed close to spanish steps and could visit piazza di spagna. Very clean place, normal prices, helpful staff. Zuma, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. Located in the heart of the city...

We loved staying in this city, the location of the hotel was in the heart of it; we had easy access to monuments, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was at a walking distance to major tourist sites and in a safe environment. The cleanliness level was impressive, and the hotel facilities were of great quality. The breakfast was great, they had a variety of options, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Additionally, transportation was accessible from the hotel to anywhere in the city.
Nothing all excellent.

The class house is in the best position.next to plaza hotel. In del corso ,near via con dotti. The rooms aren't in the hotel. They are in an other bulding,in the first flloor.in the same building is the breakfast room. Our room (510) is big enough, new, modern and very clean. Very cheap for what it is. I could pay almost 200 euro for this room in this position in rome. The only problem is that some rooms I think that they don t have a window, but I m not sure about it.

Clean beautifully designed room. Very good air conditioning.
One minus was there wasn't real window in the room just one above the door to inner courtyard.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The location in the center of the city is unbeatable - we could easily walk to all the major sights in no time. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms, especially the ones with a small balcony, are clean and spacious. We also loved the attention to detail, from the modern decor to the comfy beds. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was delicious and convenient every morning!
No complaints - everything was fantastic!

Centrally located and within walking distance of major attractions, this hotel is perfect for tourists. The rooms are clean and the design is modern. Some rooms offer a nice view of the street below. The breakfast is decent and better than what other hotels in the area offer.
The size of the rooms could be bigger for a comfortable stay.

The hotel has excellent location and was very clean. All furniture was modern.
First of all, the hotel is not really a hotel. It is on the first floor of a residential/commercial building and it is part of the hotel del corso hotel which is about a few blocks up the road. So if you need anything from room service, you have to call the other hotel. What it also means is that your neighboors are not other hotel guests but people living there.we had a pianist in the second floor for the entire stay, and he was playing piano at 3 am!!!!!!!!!!!!we called the hotel and they said they cannot do anything. Then they told us that they called the police but we did not quite belive it. The breakfast area is just another room in the "house" and it is just next door to bedrooms (in our case it was the room next door), so it is very very very noisy!also they said wifi was included, it did not work for 4 days and all they had to do was restart the button but staff was extremely unhelfpful! Breakfast was very bad, we ran out of croissant every single day, and every day the lady had to call the other hotel to buy some more!!! At some point, she asked us to take only one croissant today, one croissant per person! Then to top it up up, it was 20 degrees in rome, and 27 degrees in our room! We asked that the ac be turned on and they said only heating in March, and ac in the summer. We were boiling!! You cant really open the door of the balcony as it is facing via del corso with all the live street performers outside, so you cant sleep if you do. ALl in all, I would not pay more than 20 euros a night!
